A trading company Khanhai Scientific and Technical New Materials is looking for a General Director.
Khanhai Scientific and Technical New Materials is a Russian brand representing the Chinese company Yorkcolour Ltd. (YORK).
They are involved in trade between China and Russia, their product is food liquid coloring, and they participate in exhibitions in Moscow twice a year.
Responsibilities:
- Full operational and strategic management of the company in the Russian Federation.
- Organization and control of customs clearance, logistics, warehouse accounting, and cross-border transportation.
- Compliance with all requirements of Russian legislation, tax, labor, currency, and corporate accounting.
- Management of local personnel: recruitment, training, motivation, and control of Russian employees' work.
- Interaction between Chinese and Russian accounting departments, ensuring the correctness of reporting.
- Work with customs authorities, banks, partners, and government structures.
- Regular reporting to the head office in China in English.
- Ensuring stable and legal operation of the company in the Russian Federation.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Director / Executive Director.
- Excellent knowledge of customs affairs, logistics, foreign economic activity (FEA), and customs clearance in the Russian Federation.
- Knowledge of labor, tax, and corporate legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Fluent English (written and spoken for negotiations).
- Experience in personnel management in Russia, leadership qualities.
- Ability to work with dual accounting (China – Russian Federation).
- Responsibility, results-oriented.
- Advantage: experience working with Chinese companies, in logistics, or FEA.
