TRANSPORT company RUSCON is looking for a General Director with successful experience as a head of an independent division of a multimodal transport and logistics company, and with experience managing a team in China.
The office is located in the center of Shanghai — the financial and business center of the PRC. Due to direct presence, the company can control the entire cargo delivery process from door to door.
Responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive company management
- Maintaining and fulfilling activity/sales plans
- Expanding the client base in the PRC and the Russian Federation
- Monitoring the market for transport and logistics services
- Updating the network of contractors in the PRC and Southeast Asia
- Interaction with branches of the parent company in the Russian Federation
- Forming and providing reports for the parent company
- Organizing new services in the PRC, Russian Federation, and EU
What is expected from you:
- Mandatory successful professional experience in sea, rail, and road freight logistics in the Russian Federation and the PRC
- Good knowledge of the Chinese language (not lower than level B-2)
- Knowledge of the specifics of the Chinese logistics services market
- Experience as a head of an independent division for at least 3 years
