Responsibilities:
- Management of the company's entire supply chain: planning → procurement → production → warehouse → logistics → shipments.
- Planning inventory levels considering sales, seasonality, promotions, and channel development plans.
- Monitoring stock levels and preventing shortages and excess inventory.
- Forming production and procurement plans based on sales forecasts.
- Controlling production timelines, and delivery of raw materials/packaging and finished products.
- Organizing and controlling deliveries to Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, and federal networks.
- Managing warehouse processes and interacting with fulfillments/3PL.
- Optimizing logistics costs and storage costs.
- Controlling document flow, accuracy of shipping documents, and work in 1C.
- Establishing a transparent system for accounting and controlling product movement.
- Developing and controlling departmental KPIs: turnover, service level, OOS, delivery times, logistics costs, etc.
- Automating processes and implementing reporting.
- Managing the direction's employees and allocating areas of responsibility.
- Working closely with sales, e-commerce, finance, and production departments.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / logistics / supply planning, preferably in a leadership position.
- Experience with a large product assortment.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, household chemicals, or related categories will be an advantage.
- Understanding of the specifics of supplying to marketplaces and preferably to federal networks.
- Good understanding of procurement, production, warehouse, and transport logistics processes.
- Proficient in 1C and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with numbers: forecasting, plan-vs-actual, turnover, inventory levels.
- Ability to independently identify bottlenecks and rebuild processes, not just maintain the existing system.
- Team management experience.
Conditions:
- Work in a rapidly growing company with the opportunity to build a complete Supply Chain system from scratch.
- High degree of autonomy and the ability to directly influence company processes.
- Direct work with owners/management.
- Hybrid format: primarily remote + office 1-2 times a week.
- Official employment.
- 5/2 work schedule.
- Salary: fixed + KPI, discussed individually after the interview.
- Opportunity for growth with the company and team expansion for the direction.
The key task for the position: to ensure that the right product in the right quantity is always in the right place at the right time – with adequate stock levels and controlled logistics costs.
