Faberlic** is looking for a Head of Sales Department to take charge of developing the B2B segment, managing the team, and achieving sales targets.
We need a person who can not only support existing clients but also actively drive sales, open new channels, and build a systematic approach to the department's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales department: setting tasks, monitoring results, developing and motivating the team.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Achieving revenue, margin, and other key performance indicator targets.
- Developing sales in federal and regional retail chains.
- Identifying and onboarding new clients and sales channels.
- Developing the existing client base and increasing sales volumes.
- Conducting negotiations with key clients and partners at the decision-maker level.
- Participating in negotiations on commercial terms, assortment, promotions, and introduction of new SKUs.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of cooperation terms with clients.
- Sales planning and forecast generation.
- Analyzing sales by client, channel, category, and SKU.
- Controlling accounts receivable.
- Collaborating with marketing, logistics, production, and e-commerce departments.
- Formulating and monitoring department employee KPIs.
- Regular reporting on sales results and development plans.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Sales Department / Head of Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, household chemicals, or related categories.
- Mandatory experience working with federal retail chains.
- Proven experience and existing contacts for negotiations with such chains as Magnit, Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Lenta, Auchan, O'KEY, Zolotoye Yabloko, L'Etoile, Rive Gauche, etc., will be a significant advantage.
- Experience managing a sales team and building an effective KPI system.
- Confirmed experience in revenue growth and client base development.
- Good understanding of commercial terms for retail chains, promotions, retro bonuses, listing, and sales economics.
- Strong negotiation and management skills.
- Ability to work with analytics, plan vs. actuals, forecasting, and financial indicators.
- Independence, results-orientation, and readiness to take responsibility for department targets.
