Head of Export Clients Department at organic cosmetics producer Natura Siberica
Organic cosmetics producer Natura Siberica is looking for a Head of Export Clients Department.
What is important in this position:
- Knowledge of the specifics and features of the Chinese and MENA markets;
- Knowledge of export shipment specifics;
- Experience in FMCG companies;
- Experience in conducting negotiations at various levels;
- Leadership qualities, determination, initiative, analytical skills;
- Knowledge of the cosmetic market will be an advantage;
- Higher education;
- Readiness for business trips.
What you will be doing:
- Developing long-term partnerships with existing partners, as well as seeking new ones;
- Expanding product presence in the regions within the area of responsibility;
- Category analysis, assortment management;
- Developing initiatives aimed at increasing sales;
- Demand planning at the year/quarter/month level;
- Analyzing financial efficiency and managing contract profitability;
- Conducting regular online and in-person meetings with partners;
- Maintaining business correspondence, including in English;
- Cross-functional interaction within the company;
- Preparation, defense, and implementation of the regional development plan.
