Due to the opening of a new company for international sales of niche premium perfumery, the perfume holding company Esterk Lux Parfum is looking for an Area Sales Director.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and successfully implementing sales strategies in the international markets of the assigned region (Europe and UK; Middle East and Africa; North America and APAC)
- Identifying potential clients and new sales channels in your region
- Short-term and long-term sales planning
- Building an effective sales system in the assigned territory, developing and implementing measures to increase sales volumes, and expanding product presence with existing clients
- Preparing for the conclusion of commercial contracts, discussing contract terms, and maintaining stable client relationships
- Developing proposals for brand development and market presence
- Managing accounts receivable
- Achieving key performance indicators for sales volume, profit, market share growth, sales analysis, and market condition analysis, including competitive environment analysis
We expect candidates:
- With at least 5 years of relevant experience with premium, niche perfume and cosmetic brands
- Possessing excellent negotiation skills and the ability to conduct presentations to top management, including international executives
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Russian and international foreign trade law, international transaction terms, and Incoterms
- Proficient in tools for sales analysis and forecasting
- Independent in decision-making and responsible for results
- Willing to undertake frequent international business trips
