Kolos confectionery factory is looking for a Deputy Sales Director for Foreign Economic Activity.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of export strategy for products to priority international markets.
- Formation and development of an export client base: search, attraction, support of key foreign partners and distributors.
- Organization and control of the Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) department (planning, task setting, performance monitoring).
- Conducting negotiations and concluding export contracts with foreign companies.
- Analysis of export sales efficiency, development of measures to increase volumes and profitability.
- Interaction with production, marketing, logistics, and legal departments on issues of certification, product adaptation, and supply organization.
- Control of contract fulfillment by foreign partners, ensuring timely payments.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in management positions in FEA and international sales in the food or FMCG industry;
- Experience with international exhibitions, tenders, B2B platforms;
- Successful negotiation skills, agreement on favorable working conditions for the manufacturer, and contract conclusion.
- Negotiation skills with foreign partners, distributors, and logistics companies.
- Proficiency in modern export market analysis tools, experience in developing and implementing export strategies.
- Knowledge of customs legislation of the Russian Federation and importing countries, experience in organizing export supplies (logistics, insurance, customs clearance).
