Responsibilities:
- Launching company products into new foreign markets (China, Europe) and expanding the area of presence in already established ones (UAE);
- Preparing commercial proposals, financial models, conducting negotiations, holding presentations, concluding contracts, developing sales;
- Developing and fully supporting key partners in the channel;
- Interaction with related departments, building effective communication chains to maximize business potential;
- Analysis of business metrics, reporting, identifying growth opportunities;
- Development and approval of channel development strategy with external and internal partners and monitoring of execution;
- Monitoring and achievement of key commercial targets (Si, SO, stock turn, in-stock, etc.);
- Planning and execution of sales volume;
- Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences;
- Structuring business processes within the department.
Requirements:
- Successful launch of a product into the markets of China and Europe (EU) - from initial contact to regular shipments, experience with the UAE;
- Independent negotiation with top management of foreign partners;
- Preparation of commercial proposals, financial models, presentations tailored to market demand;
- Conclusion and support of international contracts;
- Experience in structuring business processes in an export department or channel;
- Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, chemicals, premium segment;
- Knowledge of the specifics of cosmetics licensing/registration in China (NMPA) and Europe (CPNP).
