LIT ENERGY - A brand of energy drinks, lemonades, and snacks created with blogger Mikhail Litvin in 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Independent management and development of sales for TOP Key Accounts of X5 Retail Group;
• Preparation and conducting of annual and interim negotiations;
• Operational management of the federal networks department;
• Mentoring and development of KAM team;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience working with federal networks in FMCG for over 5 years;
• Skills and experience in conducting negotiations at the category manager level;
• Sales planning experience;
• Responsibility, communication skills, results-oriented, stress resistance, analytical mindset;
• Confident Excel user (pivot tables, analysis);
