The Pro.Плыть swimming school is looking for a Head of Network Development.
Pro.Плыть swimming school is a dynamically developing network of 16 branches in Moscow and the Moscow region. They don’t just teach swimming, they create a strong sports community and help children and adults gain confidence in the water.
They are currently in a phase of active growth and are looking for a Head of Network Development — a person who will be the driving force behind scaling. This is not an executor position. They are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset who will not just complete tasks, but independently seek growth opportunities, build a system, and influence the company's strategy. You will receive freedom of action, leadership trust, and the opportunity to build a federal network from scratch.
What you will be doing:
- Network scaling: Finding, evaluating, and launching new pools and venues. Conducting negotiations with owners, signing lease agreements. Organizing the opening of new branches and supporting them until they reach planned targets.
- Developing the corporate direction (B2B): Finding and attracting partner companies, developing commercial proposals, conducting negotiations, and signing long-term agreements for corporate swimming programs for employees.
- Strategic partnerships: Finding and developing partnerships with commercial companies, sports complexes, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Improving efficiency: Analyzing the effectiveness of existing branches, developing and implementing measures to increase revenue, profit, and utilization.
- Launching new projects: Participating in the creation and launch of new business lines (franchise, sports camps, retreats).
- Systematization: Developing and implementing regulations, standards, and business processes for network scaling.
Key goals and results (first 3-6 months):
- By October 1, 2026: Ensure the opening of at least 3 new branches in Moscow and the Moscow region.
- By November 30, 2026: Select and approve a location for a winter sports camp.
- By December 30, 2026: Sign at least 5 corporate agreements.
Requirements:
- You have successful experience in opening new branches, sales points, or facilities "from scratch."
- You have experience in business scaling or developing a regional/branch network.
- You can conduct complex negotiations and sign commercial agreements.
- You have experience in developing B2B sales and attracting corporate clients (this will be an advantage).
- You possess analytical skills for efficiency assessment and data-driven decision-making.
- You can manage projects and meet deadlines.
- You are prepared for a mobile work format (meetings with partners, site visits in Moscow and the Moscow region).
Your personal qualities are the key factor to success:
- Proactivity: You see opportunities and propose solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.
- Results orientation: You bring projects to completion and are responsible for achieving goals.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: You look for new ways to grow the business.
- Systematization: You know how to build processes and create standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability: You are ready to work in a multitasking mode and respond quickly to changes.

- Specialists who only work according to clear instructions and avoid independent decisions.
- Candidates without experience in project management or opening new areas.
- People not ready for mobile work and frequent meetings.
- Those who cannot negotiate and build long-term relationships.
The company offers:
- A real opportunity to influence business development. You will become a key participant in the company's scaling.
- Interesting and diverse tasks. This is not routine, but constant development: new locations, partnerships, projects.
- Freedom of action and trust. They support initiative and give you the opportunity to make decisions independently.
- Work on a socially significant project. You will help make sports accessible to children and adults.
- Remote work format with business trips within Moscow and the region.
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, as a self-employed individual or sole proprietor — at your choice.
- Free swimming lessons for family members of the employee.
- Support and assistance from the business owner.
- Payment terms: Discussed with the successful candidate. They are open to dialogue and ready to offer a decent level of income, consisting of a fixed part and a variable part (KPI/percentages), which will motivate the achievement of ambitious results.
