Head of Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) and Certification Department at Perfumery Holding Esterk Lux Parfum
Perfumery holding Esterk Lux Parfum is seeking a Head of Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) and Certification Department.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the company's foreign economic activities (export/import)
- Processing and support of product certification (TR CU, GOST R, EAC, ISO)
- Interaction with customs authorities and logistics operators
- Development and control of contracts with foreign counterparties
- Analysis and minimization of currency and customs risks
- Conducting negotiations with foreign partners
- Preparation of FEA and certification reports for management
- Management and training of department employees (6 people)
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, law, technical). Specialization: foreign economic activity, logistics, customs clearance, certification
- 3+ years in a managerial position in FEA and/or certification. Experience in import companies is mandatory. Skills in working with customs brokers and certification bodies. Experience in perfumery and cosmetic companies is a competitive advantage
- English language — Upper-Intermediate level or higher (oral negotiations, business correspondence)
- 1C: CORP, MS Office (Excel — advanced level), CRM, electronic document management systems (EDM), customs and certification system databases
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to work with a large volume of documents and regulatory requirements
- Stress resistance, high responsibility
- Communication skills and negotiation skills
- Organizational and leadership qualities
