An experienced, ambitious, and energetic Chief Accountant is sought by the Russian skincare brand Skinjestique to make the common cause even more profitable. No reporting for the second quarter is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Work in production (toll manufacturing scheme) and trade (Russian Federation, import, export);
- Calculate and accrue salaries (25 people);
- Carry out tax calculations (currently 1 Sole Proprietor – simplified tax system on income, from 01.01.27 – LLC on the general tax system);
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant government agencies (including Statistical Form to the FTS);
- Organize the accounting department, distribute responsibilities (2 accountants reporting to this role);
- Foreign economic activity accounting: customs operations, currency control, working with banks (import from Korea, China; export to EAEU);
- Personnel accounting;
- Maintain settlements with counterparties, conduct reconciliations;
- Respond to requests from government bodies – Federal Tax Service, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, etc.;
- Manage company document flow (paper and electronic);
- Prepare documents for the General Director.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with payroll and tax documentation;
- Ability to work with Electronic Document Management (EDO);
- Experience with foreign economic activity (FEA).
- Experience with production and marketplaces will be a plus.
