Zielinski & Rozen — a niche perfumery brand whose history began in 1905. The brand's story is also the story of a family. Today, Zielinski & Rozen is led by the sole perfumer and ideologist Erez Rozen, who continues the traditions of his great-grandfather — an apothecary who created fragrances back in the early 20th century.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting for production operations (entering primary documents for all stages of production into the database, including raw material and material acceptance, transfer for processing, returns from processing, and finished product warehousing);
- Accounting for import operations and additional transportation costs;
- Accounting for production operations under a tolling scheme;
- Reflecting additional expenses related to the receipt of materials and sale of finished products in accounting;
- Controlling the formation of product cost in the ERP system;
- Inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress;
- Interaction with counterparties (reconciliation of mutual settlements, material balances with the processor, etc.);
- Working with documents in SBIS, Kontur, Diadoc (receiving, sending, archiving documents);
- Monthly submission of statistical reports to the Federal Customs Service (FTS) on products sold;
- Maintaining section reports and preparing data for the organization's accounting and tax reporting.
Requirements:
- Production experience of 3+ years;
- Higher/secondary specialized (economic, accounting) education;
- Proficiency in 1C (ERP, UNFin, 8.3) is mandatory;
- Knowledge of production documents;
- Knowledge of the Russian Federation regulatory framework;
- Attentiveness, responsibility.
