Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Control over compliance with the procedure for оформление of primary accounting documents;
• Ensuring timely and accurate reflection in accounting accounts of economic transactions, asset movements, cost of goods sold calculation, income and expense accounting, and obligation fulfillment for companies within the group serviced by the Shared Service Center (SSC);
• Timely closing of the reporting period (fast close by the 4th day);
• Preparation and submission of accounting, tax, and statistical reports to state authorities within established deadlines;
• Coordination of other accountants' work to ensure timely and complete reflection of all operations.
• Verification of the correctness and completeness of data in the accounting system.
• Participation in accounting and reporting automation projects, and preparing technical specifications for the IT department.
• Provision of necessary documents, data, and explanations on all issues to regulatory bodies and auditors.
• Collection of necessary information from the finance department, treasury, and legal department for the accurate preparation of reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience working in medium or large companies with an extensive counterparty structure (holdings, corporate groups, wholesale distributors, manufacturing enterprises).
• Proficient in "1C: ERP Enterprise Management" (mandatory).
• Knowledge of legislative acts, methodological and regulatory materials on the organization of accounting and tax accounting, forms and methods of accounting and tax accounting;
• Chart of accounts, account correspondence;
• Organization of document flow for accounting and tax accounting;
