The ORBI Stroke Prevention Fund is looking for a Chief Accountant to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounting and tax records of the fund (NPO): correctness, transparency, timeliness
- Separate accounting for targeted funds, donations, grants, and subsidies
- Formation and updating of accounting policies; correct closing of reporting periods
- Preparation and submission of mandatory reports to the Federal Tax Service, Ministry of Justice, and other bodies; audit support
- Monthly financial report for the website and data for the fund's annual report
- Financial reporting for grants and donors; reconciliation of budgets with actual expenses
- Control over the targeted use of funds; participation in the financial block of grant applications
- Optimization and automation of accounting processes
Requirements:
- Shares the fund's mission and wants to work on a socially significant project
- Has higher professional education (finance / accounting / economics)
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a chief accountant (experience in NPOs or with targeted funding will be an advantage)
- Proficient in accounting and tax legislation
- Has experience in supporting grants, subsidies, and targeted funding
- Works with 1C: Enterprise, ZUP, Excel, Electronic Document Management (SBIS / Diadoc), Bank Client
- Attentive to detail, systematic, able to build processes, and not afraid of responsibility
Conditions:
- Official employment and compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Salary from 130,000 rubles net, based on interview results
- Work on socially significant projects in a unique specialized fund
- Work schedule 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00
- Flexible office presence schedule after the probation period
