Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in economics and accounting;
- Experience as Chief Accountant in a wholesale trading company with over 400 employees and separate divisions;
- Knowledge of legislation, ability to apply PBU (Russian Accounting Standards), tax planning, tax optimization, analysis and reduction of tax risks;
- Advanced user of 1C: Enterprise 8.3 (Accounting CORP 3.0, HR 3.1), Client-Bank, Kontur,
- Diadoc, experience with 1C:ERP is desirable;
- Ability to effectively interact with the IT department: defining and implementing technical specifications;
- Multitasking, result-oriented, communicative, ability to work in a team and build a team.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of all areas of accounting and tax accounting (1 legal entity with 40 separate divisions across the Russian Federation, with 25 subordinates);
- Preparation of accounting, tax, and statistical reporting for a commercial organization (monthly, quarterly, annual reports);
- Consulting personnel on accounting and tax methodology issues (mentoring);
- Monitoring changes in accounting and tax legislation for timely updates;
- Passing annual audit and revision checks.
