SNS Group of Companies is seeking a Chief Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of accounting and tax accounting for a construction company
- Accounting and control of the correctness of the reflection of primary documentation by the accountant in work-in-progress, analysis and accounting of costs by construction objects
- Preparation and submission of tax, accounting, and statistical reports
- Interaction with regulatory authorities, responding to requests (IFNS, Funds, Statistics, Bank)
- Interaction with counterparties regarding document acquisition and reconciliation of settlements, control of accounts receivable and payable
- Analysis of commercial agreements that form the basis of business activities, for the purpose of correct reflection of operations in accounting accounts
- Payroll calculation (including vacation leave, sick leave, and other accruals)
- Participation in tax planning
- Participation in undergoing audit and tax inspections (document preparation)
Requirements:
- Higher professional education, Professional Accountant Certificate
- Experience as a chief accountant in construction, within a Developer structure
- Advanced experience using accounting systems (1C ERP required, SAP experience desirable)
- Experience in implementing / large-scale modifications of accounting systems
- Experience with forms KS-2 and KS-3
- Knowledge of accounting, civil, tax, and labor legislation
- Organizational skills, responsibility, diligence, ability to work in a team and multitask
- Expert knowledge of all areas and specifics of accounting in construction
- Advanced experience using accounting systems (1C, SAP experience desirable)
