The Open Horizons Charitable Foundation is looking for a Chief Accountant.
The "Open Horizons" Charitable Foundation has been helping teenagers and young adults who are left without family or are in a difficult life situation since 2015.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and control the foundation's budget
- Prepare and submit all foundation reports to state authorities
- Work with 1C: configure the system, initiate improvements, generate reports
- Process payment applications
- Manage the foundation's grant activities end-to-end: accounting in 1C, control of fund expenditure for each grant, preparation of reports for donors
- Build cross-functional interaction
- In the future, take over the accounting support for the foundation's commercial activities
Requirements:
- Experience as a Chief Accountant in a non-profit organization, preferably in a charitable foundation
- Knowledge of current reporting requirements for charitable organizations, ideally – independent submission of the report to the Ministry of Justice in the new format with a positive result
- Confident work with 1C and readiness to configure the system for the organization's tasks
- Ability to build effective interaction with colleagues outside of direct subordination
- Ability to act independently and autonomously within your area of responsibility
