Chief Accountant
Experience as a Chief Accountant in large mining or manufacturing companies, preferably within a group of legal entities.
Key Requirements: Deep expertise in accounting and tax accounting, independent development and implementation of accounting methodology, regulations, and accounting policies. Practical experience in transforming the accounting function is important: process centralization, creation of a shared service center (SSC), outsourcing of individual accounting functions, and subsequent quality control of services.
Experience in team management, undergoing audits and tax inspections, accounting automation, and ensuring timely closing of reporting periods is required.
