Chief Accountant at GLS PHARMACEUTICALS
GLS PHARMACEUTICALS, a Russian innovative pharmaceutical company producing dietary supplements, is seeking a Chief Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, controlling financial flows, ensuring compliance of reporting with established standards, and will be a key member of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Full maintenance of accounting and tax records for all areas of the legal entity (online store, foreign economic activity) under the General System of Taxation (OSNO)
- Timely preparation and submission of accounting, tax, and management reports
- Interaction with servicing banks
- Monitoring, verification of primary documents for compliance with legislation, management accounting and analytical requirements, organization of document flow, control of timely reflection of economic operations
- Payroll calculation, personnel records maintenance
- Accounting for settlements with suppliers and buyers
- Reconciliation with counterparties
- Control over accounts receivable and accounts payable
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher economic/accounting education
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant (required)
- Excellent knowledge of all areas of accounting and tax accounting in wholesale and retail trade
- Experience in successfully passing counter chamber and on-site inspections, internal and external audits
- Knowledge of export-import operations and currency control
- Excellent knowledge of 1C: Accounting 8.3, 1C: Payroll and HR 3.1, 1C: ERP, Consultant+, Taxcom, Client-bank, MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Personal qualities: stress resistance, analytical mindset, responsibility, independence, attentiveness
