Chief Accountant (with CFO function) / Finance Director
Hello everyone! We are looking for a Chief Accountant (with CFO function) with English or German language skills.
We are seeking a Finance Director for the team of a major international fashion retailer; fluent English and team management experience are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the accounting and control department (8 people);
- Preparation and submission of regular reports/plans to the head office;
- Direct interaction with the managing director (CFO of the group of companies);
- Support of the company during audits;
- Analysis of accounting statements, financial ratio calculations, and analysis of the company's financial activities;
- Organization of effective and transparent interaction of subordinate departments.
Requirements:
- Higher economic or financial education;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Chief Accountant / Finance Director;
- Good knowledge of English, or good knowledge of German + basic knowledge of English;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), IFRS;
- Positive experience in tax audits;
- Knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor legislation;
- Audit experience;
- Experience working in foreign companies;
- Experience working with large volumes of data;
- Consulting experience will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of 1C 8.3 (mandatory), 1C ERP will be an advantage;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Experience in international companies will be an advantage.
