The Vse Poluchitsya! (Everything Will Work Out!) charity foundation is looking for a Chief Accountant to join its team of professionals and ensure transparency and order in the foundation's financial processes.
Vse Poluchitsya! is a social project that unites people and organizations for a common goal: employing individuals with low starting opportunities (people with disabilities, health limitations, and/or a background of orphanage) and creating a comfortable inclusive environment that meets the beneficiaries' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accounting and tax reports, reports to the Social Fund of Russia, Rosstat, and participate in preparing reports for the Ministry of Justice;
- Monitor the correctness of payroll accrual and payment (for 60 full-time employees) and settlements with contractors under civil law agreements (10–20 contracts);
- Process payments to counterparties, ensure completeness and accuracy of primary accounting documents;
- Participate in the approval of contracts for compliance with accounting requirements;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks for preparing financial reports for donors.
Candidate Profile:
- Hold a higher professional education degree;
- Have a strong understanding of accounting, including the specifics of accounting in non-profit organizations (NPOs) and payroll accounting;
- Possess at least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in an NPO;
- Understand all areas of accounting, be proficient in personnel record-keeping and management accounting;
- Be responsible, attentive, diligent, able to work with large volumes of information, and meet deadlines.
