The Kind World Charitable Foundation is looking for an Executive Director.
The "Kind World" Charitable Foundation is involved in animal protection, environmental conservation, and helping people in difficult life situations.
Responsibilities:
- Building a clear team work structure: who is responsible for what, within what deadlines, with what result
- Implementing and maintaining a regular management rhythm — planning meetings, task control, deviation analysis
- Working with people who do not always adhere to agreements: clarifying reasons, making adjustments, making demands
- Forming the budget and controlling its execution
- Managing contractual work with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that every expense has its document, and the team knows where it is located
- Ensuring timely reporting to regulatory bodies and grantors
- Participating in the foundation's annual audit, preparing for inspections by supervisory authorities
- Participating in the organization's development: jointly with the chairman, developing a development strategy and translating it into concrete plans, building digitalization processes: CRM for working with donors and volunteers, automating reporting
- Representing the foundation in public forums, in the media, at NGO sector conferences
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Team management experience of 3+ years — specifically focusing on discipline and execution: the ability to achieve results from people, not just assign tasks
- Experience working in conditions where processes were not established and had to be created from scratch
- Ability to work with unmotivated or overloaded people without administrative leverage (volunteers, partially employed staff)
- Budgeting and financial control experience
- Higher education
Will be a plus:
- Experience in NGOs or the social sector
- Grant work experience
Important as a person:
- Not intimidated by people not fulfilling agreements — the ability to work with this calmly and systematically
- Coming with a solution, not with the question "what to do"
- Belief in the importance of helping animals and people
