Who we are looking for
We need an executive director, who will become the 'second loop' manager and assemble the work of three key blocks into a single mechanism: marketing / sales / project implementation.
The essence of the role is simple: so that internally it's clear who is responsible for what, projects are completed on time and with quality, and plans are fulfilled not by heroism, but by a system.
What will be in your area of responsibility
— Managing three blocks (marketing / sales / implementation): goals → plan → execution → control
— Overseeing the full project cycle through managers: from handover from sales to final delivery to the client (deadlines, quality, communication, stage control)
— Reassembling production via contractors (key focus): — work rules and 'how we set tasks' — quality and deadline control — acceptance criteria — a clear system for monitoring execution (so there are no surprises at the finish)
— Planning and controlling the workload of the team/contractors: who is doing what, when, with what deadlines, where the bottlenecks are.
— OKRs and plan vs. actual: so that tasks and metrics are not 'in the head,' but in the system and under regular control.
— Operational cleanliness: controlling payments/contracts in conjunction with the finance director and lawyer (so numbers and documents match).
What's important (must-have)
— Experience in managing using the agency model (marketing is ideal, but the agency-specific experience is more important).
— Willingness to manage a system where a significant part of production is via contractors, not only in-house.
— Solid 'hard skills' in marketing (to speak the same language with the team and clients).
— Tempo + transparent communication (lots of client interaction, calls;)
— Willingness to join during a period where team restructuring and modernization are happening in parallel.
Conditions
— Remote, 5/2 (Mon-Fri), 10:00–19:00 Moscow time.
— Contract type: GPC (contract for work/services), first contract for one month (probationary period), then extension.
— Compensation: Fixed + KPI and % of net profit (we are ready to discuss individually. minimum 200k rubles).
