IT company Dynamika is seeking an Executive Director.
Dynamika develops software for the financial sector. Its clients include over 50 leading Russian banks. The company's products are highly intelligent, fault-tolerant systems designed for thousands of simultaneous users.
We are looking for a strong manager ready to take full responsibility for results. The company, with an established business and a staff of 180 people, is seeking a Leader who will not just maintain current processes but elevate efficiency to a new level.
Position Goal:
- Unconditional fulfillment of the company's financial and production plans by building an effective management system, optimizing all business processes, and implementing the development strategy.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Management and Development:
- Implement the company's development strategy in accordance with its mission, vision, and long-term goals
- Initiate and implement innovative solutions and technological improvements aimed at significantly increasing competitiveness and creating market advantages
Operational and Financial Efficiency:
- Ensure flawless efficiency of production processes and manage the company's operational activities to achieve maximum productivity
- Monitor the achievement of planned indicators, strict adherence to the budget, and unconditional achievement of key financial metrics (revenue, margin, profit)
- Identify and minimize entrepreneurial and operational risks, systematically optimize costs, and increase business profitability
Organizational Development and Interaction:
- Build seamless and effective interaction between departments, eliminating cross-functional barriers and conflicts of interest
- Form a strong management team, develop a culture of responsibility and results orientation
External Communications and Reporting:
- Interact with key customers and partners at the highest level, promptly resolve problematic and emergency situations, conduct complex negotiations on contentious issues, defending the company's interests
- Form transparent and structured reporting for the owner, providing an objective picture of the business state and its growth prospects
Requirements:
- Successful management experience in a product IT company for at least 5 years
- Systems thinking, deep understanding of financial and production management
- Skills in building and optimizing business processes, experience in implementing changes
- High stress resistance, leadership position, ability to make decisions under uncertainty
- Successful experience interacting with key clients/customers
- Developed communication skills, high activity, commitment to continuous development and process improvement
