The "Nastya" Charity Foundation is associated by many with a foundation that helps children with oncological diseases. The foundation continues to help such children, but at the same time is developing an important area of ​​assistance for children with end-stage chronic kidney disease, children awaiting kidney transplants, or those who have received a transplant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategy and plan for fundraising in the current environment
• Organize effective remote team operations
• Seek and attract new strategic partners
• Participate in the launch of fundraising projects
• Monitor income and maintain reporting

Requirements:

• Experience working in NGOs
• Experience in team leadership
• Understanding of how and where NGOs receive funds
• Development of channels and increase of fund income
• Independence and proactivity
• Willingness to build and control processes, take responsibility for the department's work
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Leadership experience of 3–5 years

Conditions:

• Remote work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
