The public-state educational organization Russian Knowledge Society is seeking a Director of the Development Department.

Responsibilities:

• Build effective communication with the organization's current partners (government bodies, public organizations, state-owned companies, non-profit foundations, private businesses, technology companies, educational platforms, etc.)
• Implement external partnership requests by integrating them into Knowledge projects
• Attract co-financing for joint project implementation
• Organize a document management system (official letters, cooperation agreements, etc.) for the area of responsibility
• Attract target audiences to Knowledge projects
• Manage a team (10+ people)
• Maintain reporting on performance results

The ideal candidate has:

• Higher education is mandatory, additional business education
• Management skills, planning experience
• Relevant work experience of 5+ years
• Experience in the public sector is mandatory
• Knowledge of legislative and political trends
• Knowledge of the youth policy sphere
• A personal "contact base"
• A high level of responsibility, communication skills, and proactivity
