ANO "Transbaikal Region Campus Directorate" is looking for a CEO.
The Transbaikal Region Campus Directorate is an autonomous non-profit organization created to manage the construction and development of the "Dauria" inter-university campus in Chita. Its task is to unite the leading universities of the region and form a modern scientific and educational ecosystem for training personnel for the needs of the Far East economy.
Tasks:
- Implementation of the long-term development strategy of the campus in accordance with the mission and goals of the institution
- Management of large-scale projects, including the construction of the facility, infrastructure modernization, and the implementation of new technologies
- Coordination of research and development (R&D) work, support for innovative projects
- Development of international relations, partnerships with educational and scientific institutions, with business and industry for the implementation of joint projects and attraction of investments
- Support and implementation of innovative technologies and methods in the educational and scientific process
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of management experience in projects of a similar scale
- Experience in science and higher education (having a candidate or doctoral degree will be considered an advantage)
- Experience in participating in research and development (R&D)
- Proven experience in implementing large investment or infrastructure projects
- Experience in implementing federal educational projects
