The Innopolis Special Economic Zone is looking for a Head of Social Projects Department.
The Mayor's office of Innopolis city invites an experienced manager to the position of Head of Social Projects Department. If you love working with volunteers, winning grants, and creating projects that people need, you are welcome to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining priorities, goals, and KPIs of the department in accordance with the city's development strategy.
- Planning the department's work, distributing tasks among department employees.
- Interaction with medical, educational, social institutions and municipal structures of the city.
- Organization and control of the implementation of social, sports, and educational projects.
- Monitoring project effectiveness, conducting surveys, analyzing residents' problems, and preparing solutions.
- Building systematic work with volunteer organizations: coordinating their activities, joint planning of events.
- Participation in Grants: searching for opportunities, preparing applications, defending projects, reporting.
- Developing proposals for the development of social infrastructure and sports.
- Document management: maintaining project, contract, and reporting documentation.
- Working with the MSED system ("Electronic Government of the Republic of Tatarstan").
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education (public administration, management, pedagogy).
- Proven experience in implementing social projects as a project manager/leader (mandatory).
- Work experience in education, healthcare, sports, social protection, or NGOs – from 1 year.
- Won grants (welcomed).
- High level of literacy, knowledge of делопроизводство (office administration/record keeping), initiative, independent decision-making, systemic thinking, negotiation skills with government structures, multitasking, high self-organization.
