In X5 Group we are looking for an Inclusive Projects Manager.
Your tasks:
- Operational management of social and inclusive projects for the "Comfortable Safe Environment" area
- Organization and coordination of events aimed at supporting vulnerable groups (children with experience of orphanhood, people with disabilities, etc.)
- Interaction with internal and external partners: store employees, NGOs, government structures
- Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, preparation of reports
- Development and implementation of new ideas to improve the environment and increase participant engagement
- Project support at all stages: from idea to implementation and evaluation of results
Requirements:
- Project management experience of 3+ years, preferably in the social or non-profit sector
- Skills in organizing events and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to build communication with different audiences and find common ground with partners
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, independence
- Initiative, desire to develop and make the world around you better
- Willingness to work in a hybrid format (office/remote)
