The Navstrechu Peremenam Social Initiatives Support Fund is looking for a Program Manager to join the team.

About the Role:

• In this role, you will work closely with social entrepreneurs: helping them understand their tasks, move towards their goals, find solutions, and utilize the program's opportunities;
• It is important that you are genuinely interested in social entrepreneurship and the development of social projects.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and develop the program for supporting social entrepreneurs;
• Work with participants: conduct strategic and tracking sessions: help them set goals, prioritize, and address emerging challenges;
• Select and coordinate program experts;
• Organize in-person and online program events;
• Participate in the selection of social entrepreneurs and the development of the fund's community;
• Monitor the substantive and financial results of participants, participate in impact assessment;
• Analyze program results and suggest improvements;
• Prepare reports and manage documentation.

• You are interested in social entrepreneurship, social projects, or social innovations and want to develop in this area;
• You can independently manage projects and bring tasks to completion;
• You enjoy working with people and can build trusting relationships;
• You can simultaneously focus on content, people, and organizational details;
• You are not afraid of a high degree of autonomy and are ready to propose your own solutions;
• You can hear feedback and change your approach if it helps to make the program better;
• You have at least 2 years of work experience.

Conditions:

• Close collaboration with the fund's director;
• Hybrid work format (at least two days in the office);
• Full-time employment;
• Office in Comcity Business Center (Moscow, "Rumyantsevo" metro station);
• Possible business trips within Russia;
