Responsibilities:
- Lead the back office: document flow, finance, accounting, HR
- Build processes, regulations, and control points, implement regular management
- Control budgets and deadlines for projects with partners and grantors
- Together with the executive director, set up fundraising processes
- Implement digitalization (CRM, EDMS, ECAS) and synchronize the work of the regions with the head office
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of operational management experience: operational, executive, or administrative director
- Experience can also be from business
- Ability to build processes that are actually used
