The Denium network of additional education schools for children and teenagers is looking for a School Manager to take over operations, the team, and client service, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What they offer:
- Clear career growth and company-sponsored training
- Strong product: programs with measurable results and a methodological base
- Authority, your own team, and real influence on processes
- Clear motivation system
- Adequate management: quick decisions, minimal bureaucracy
- A team that loves children and knows how to work according to service standards
- Discounts on education for family/bonuses
What the manager does:
This involves full school management – from scheduling to revenue:
- Complete operational management of the school: scheduling, utilization, process discipline
- Team management: recruitment (with HR), onboarding new employees, team meetings, standards control, employee development
- Client service: overseeing the entire client journey, working with feedback, resolving conflicts and returns
- Branch finances: revenue plan vs. actual, expense control within budget
- Sales and retention: meeting renewal targets, upselling, winning back hesitant clients
- Event organization: open days, promotions, partnerships near the branch
- Process improvement: proposing and implementing changes that drive performance growth
Candidate expectations:
Experience is important, not a specific industry. A manager from education, retail, fitness, medicine, or service will fit – the main thing is that the person can:
- Lead a team calmly and competently, taking responsibility for results
- Manage branch revenue: influence utilization, renewals, service quality, and team performance to consistently meet targets
- Work with metrics and make decisions based on them
- Maintain standards and achieve repeatable results
- Take on tasks and complete them without reminders
- Identify bottlenecks and improve processes: propose solutions and implement them
Experience managing a branch with revenue and renewal targets would be a plus.
