We are looking for a strong leader who will take full operational management of the children's orphanage, build a stable team, and be responsible for the institution's overall results. Experience specifically in a children's orphanage is not required – we value real management experience, systemic thinking, ability to work with people, and decision-making skills more.
What you will do:
- Fully organize the daily operations of the orphanage and ensure the stable functioning of the institution.
- Manage the team: set tasks, distribute responsibilities, monitor performance and quality of work.
- Coordinate the activities of the pedagogical staff and oversee educational plans.
- Organize the development of wards in accordance with the foundation's approaches.
- Manage the administrative and хозяйственная (household/maintenance) activities of the orphanage, oversee domestic and organizational issues.
- Work with contracts, documentation, and internal organizational processes.
- Organize and conduct orphanage events; visit off-site events for inspection if necessary.
- Participate in the search for children and families in need of assistance.
- Interact with the foundation's management, providing timely information on results, problems, and necessary solutions.
- Propose and implement changes that make the orphanage's work more systematic and effective.
Who we are looking for:
- Higher education; pedagogical education is not mandatory.
- Practical team management experience of 3+ years.
- Strong management skills: ability to build processes, distribute responsibility, and achieve results.
- Experience in team building and development will be an advantage.
- Systemic approach, ability to identify priorities and focus on what's most important.
- Readiness to work in a multitasking environment without loss of management quality.
- Responsibility, independence, leadership qualities, and well-developed communication skills.
- Proficient PC user and ability to quickly master new tools.
- Experience in managing a school, educational or social center, NGO, sanatorium, boarding house, branch, or other facility with its own team and хозяйственная (household/maintenance) activities will be an advantage.
Conditions:
- Work in a modern private children's orphanage in the Kolomna urban district, pos. Osenka.
- Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00, work directly at the orphanage.
- Income: 150,000–220,000 rubles net; final salary discussed based on interview results, considering management experience and competencies.

- Possibility to participate in the development of other social projects of the foundation in the future and take on broader management responsibilities.
