The "Second Breath" Charitable Foundation is looking for a Director of Fundraising and Resource Development to join their team.

About the Company:

• The "Second Breath" Charitable Foundation is the largest organization in Russia that collects and provides quality clothing and footwear to people (large families, pensioners, teenagers, people with disabilities, and others) so they can feel more confident and make positive changes in their lives.
• The Fundraising and Resource Development department is responsible for expanding the clothing collection network, corporate and private fundraising, and building business relationships with partners and project supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of the foundation's strategy;
• Development and implementation of the fundraising and resource development strategy (attracting private and corporate donations and items, selling foundation services, proposing special projects, and placing foundation collection bins);
• Developing the partner relations department: expanding the product line considering the needs of current and potential partners, developing long-term relationships with current foundation partners, and attracting new partners;
• Developing the private donor attraction department: product portfolio, donor journey, system for attracting and retaining private donors;
• Ensuring the department's planned targets for attracting funds, items, and installing clothing collection bins;
• Independent support of major partners and donors;
• Monitoring trends in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG;
• Analyzing and studying best practices in resource mobilization;
• Managing and organizing the effective operation of the fundraising and resource development department (8 people), setting urgent and long-term tasks aligned with the foundation's strategy, motivating staff, and monitoring KPI fulfillment;
• Auditing existing business processes in the partner relations department and optimizing them;
• Auditing and refining the analytics system for the fundraising and resource development department for timely decision-making;
• Cross-functional interaction with foundation departments, including the communications department and the program directorate;
• Managing and controlling the department's budget execution;
• Controlling the formation of reporting.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You share the foundation's mission and values;
• You have experience in team leadership and at least three years of experience in a similar position/as a Corporate Fundraising Director;
• You can share your successful B2C and B2B cases and experience in attracting major partners;
• You have experience in successful communication with decision-makers;
• You can skillfully analyze the market and make decisions about cooperation strategies based on this analysis;
• You are prepared for a large number of meetings, are not afraid of routine, and can present products and services.
