The Partner Programs Department of the Russian Red Cross builds bridges between the corporate world and our century-old humanitarian mission. The organization is seeking a professional who will take over the key operational block, freeing up the director for strategic tasks.
What You Will Do (Your Area of Responsibility):
- Systematization and Reporting: preparation of analytical reports, briefs, and memos for management and partners. Maintaining and optimizing databases, monitoring contract execution and document flow.
- Methodological Support: development and updating of methodological materials, regulations, and instructions for the department team and regional branches.
- Operational Partnership: processing all supporting documentation for partners (contracts, estimates, reports, acknowledgments), maintaining current business correspondence. Participation in negotiations with an emphasis on details and subsequent support.
- Project and Analytical Support: participation in the preparation of partner events, campaigns, and presentations, based on data and effectiveness analysis. Preparation of structured partner proposals.
- Coordination: methodological support and coordination of the work of regional colleagues on fundraising procedures and standards.

- Understand the context of Russia's social sphere, are familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the basics of CSR.
- Are interested in charity and see meaning in systematic work for its development.
- An advantage will be: experience in fundraising, the non-profit sector, an administrative or analytical role in the commercial sector (PR, GR, CSR, project office), as well as English language proficiency at B2 level.
