The Dobro.rf Association is looking for a Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of corporate partnerships:

• Develop and implement a strategy for attracting and developing corporate partners for the Association
• Ensure the development of long-term strategic partnerships with representatives of businesses, state-owned companies, and other organizations
• Organize the participation of corporate partners in the Association's projects, programs, and events, including
• The #WEARETOGETHER International Civil Engagement Forum, the #WEARETOGETHER International Award, and other flagship projects
• Ensure interaction with corporate partners in the implementation of measures to eliminate the consequences of emergency situations and other socially significant initiatives

Development of corporate programs and services:

• Develop and support corporate volunteering programs implemented jointly with partner companies
• Facilitate the integration of digital services of the Dobro.rf ecosystem into the activities of corporate partners

Product development and growth:

• Develop new products, services, and partnership solutions for businesses

Coordination of partnership activities:

• Coordinate interaction between structural units
• Develop and implement unified approaches, standards, and tools
• Organize methodological support and competence development for Association employees in the area of partnership interaction

Candidate Profile:

• Understanding of trends in corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, corporate volunteering
• Experience with digital services (including integration of external platforms, understanding of ecosystem solutions)
• Understanding of the social mission of working at the intersection of government, business, and NGOs, ability to find a balance of interests and create synergy
• Experience in developing and implementing partner attraction strategies (B2B, public sector, large corporations) for 5+ years, preferably in social, charitable, or related fields (sponsorship, ESG, GR)
• Successful cases of building long-term partnerships leading to systemic cooperation, not one-off transactions
• Proactivity and business approach: readiness not just to perform tasks, but to create new products and services for business, to see growth opportunities
• Responsibility for results: ability to take on commitments and bring them to concrete, measurable changes for people and communities
