A coordinator of volunteer programs is required for the "Old Age in Joy" charitable foundation.

The "Old Age in Joy" charitable foundation grew out of a volunteer movement of the same name, the main goal of which was to improve the lives of elderly people in nursing homes and reduce the emotional vacuum that the elderly find themselves in after entering an institution.

The foundation has been providing comprehensive assistance to nursing homes throughout Russia for 11 years. Currently, it is the largest non-profit organization in Russia dedicated to helping the elderly. They are currently involved in both large-scale, systemic changes in the field of elderly care, as well as volunteer and corporate programs, striving to build an effective team of employees and volunteers and preserve the unique spirit of the Foundation.

What needs to be done:

• Coordinate the foundation's work with new and existing volunteers in Moscow. Build a communication system between volunteers and foundation staff. Provide operational support to volunteer groups. Promptly inform volunteers about the needs and opportunities for volunteer participation. Prepare for the foundation's participation in city-wide events (exhibitions, fairs, holidays, conferences). Organize events for foundation volunteers (informational, introductory, etc.);

Requirements:

• Higher education,
• Experience in volunteering and social projects is welcomed;

• Excellent command of the MS Office suite, including Power Point (presentation preparation experience);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
