Inclusive Projects Manager
Your tasks:
- Operational management of social and inclusive projects within the "Comfortable Safe Environment" initiative.
- Organization and coordination of events aimed at supporting vulnerable groups (children with orphanhood experience, people with disabilities, etc.).
- Interaction with internal and external partners: store employees, NGOs, government structures.
- Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, preparation of reports.
- Development and implementation of new ideas to improve the environment and increase participant engagement.
- Project support at all stages: from idea to implementation and evaluation of results.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the social or non-profit sector.
- Skills in event organization and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build communication with different audiences and find common ground with partners.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, independence.
- Initiative, desire to develop and make the world around better.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid format (office/remote).
