MTS is looking for a Head of Social Projects to define strategy, develop digital platforms, and build comprehensive marketing for socially significant projects.
MTS is a digital ecosystem. They create and develop services in the fields of mobile communications, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud storage, media, and finance — all of which make people's lives simpler and more interesting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing social/impact projects: developing and implementing creative, content, and marketing strategies for projects;
- Full operational project management: budget planning and control, document workflow, vendor interaction, project logistics, and project team management;
- Project promotion management: implementing marketing and PR campaigns, content management;
- Managing the development of project web platforms: from improving UX/UI and mobile optimization to implementing new features, gamification, and analyzing user behavior to grow key metrics;
- Tracking KPIs (active audience, conversions, NPS), analyzing the effectiveness of project implementation stages, and optimizing processes to achieve goals.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in creating and managing non-profit and social projects;
- Experience managing educational digital products;
- Skills in building partnership networks and launching marketing campaigns;
- Ability to work with analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika, etc.);
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, understanding of digital platform development fundamentals;
- Creative thinking and text-handling skills;
- Systematic and strategic thinking;
- Strong negotiation skills and networking abilities.
