Yandex is looking for a Social Projects Manager for RideTech.
You will be the owner of several social trips and delivery directions. You will be responsible for their end-to-end development: forming a strategy, setting priorities, managing the budget, initiating product improvements, and optimizing processes. An important part of the role is negotiations and coordination with product, development, analytics, PR, legal, and financial departments, as well as with external partners. You will monitor product quality, user satisfaction, business metrics achievement, and P&L indicators.
What tasks await you:
- Trips and deliveries program for non-profit organizations ("Help is Nearby"): You will form the vision and structure of the program, manage the budget, and launch new products. You will be responsible for accounting for NGO partners: distributing limits and re-checking foundations against criteria. You will also organize contests: define the approach, collect applications, conduct webinars, interviews, and onboarding. Your area of responsibility will include training NGOs and supervising the support team.
- "Special" tariff (minivans for people in wheelchairs): You will oversee the direction end-to-end: be responsible for the development strategy and stakeholder coordination. You need to monitor service quality (monitoring metrics and feedback, handling negative cases), as well as organize integrations with external partners: conduct negotiations, gather requirements, and coordinate improvements.
- Special options in Taxi: You will form the product vision for the direction: look for growth and development points, think about product improvements, and monitor quality and functionality.
- General tasks for all directions: You will need to monitor business metrics and quality, work with dashboards, prepare reports, and oversee document flow.
- Cross-functional interaction and product improvements: Your tasks will include preventing critical incidents and responding to them promptly, as well as optimizing existing processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education and at least three years of work experience.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interested in social projects and charity.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete data and independently propose solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a large number of partners and persuade them.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have at least three years of experience in ride-hailing.
- Have a higher education in a mathematical, financial, economic, or business specialty.
- Are proficient in SQL and have worked with big data.
