Seeking a Project Manager for a large Mining and Metallurgical Company!

What you will be doing: 1/ Working with the company's priority areas: participating in business development and efficiency improvement projects, working on priority areas defined by management. 2/ Full-cycle projects: managing projects from diagnosis and solution development to implementation and achievement of target results. 3/ Implementation management: forming and coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, risks, and results. 4/ Working with top management: discussing key decisions, aligning priorities, and presenting the status of initiative implementation to company management. 5/ Analytics and materials: structuring complex business problems, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing materials for management decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in strategic or management consulting; target level - Consultant at BCG / Bain or Associate at McKinsey;
• Experience in independently managing individual project areas / entire projects - from task definition to presenting results to management;
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, experience in preparing presentations for senior management;
• Experience in an industrial company is an advantage.
