Project Manager

Yandex Qazaqstan is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the General Manager and help drive priority initiatives across the business. This role suits someone comfortable with unstructured problems, cross-functional coordination, and working at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You will act as an internal consultant diving into complex topics, structuring problems, and moving initiatives from idea to implementation.

About the role

You’ll work at the core of the Yandex ecosystem in Qazaqstan, collaborating with teams across ride-hailing, delivery, e-commerce, marketing, customer service, and B2B. The role combines analytical work, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

• Drive priority initiatives on behalf of the General Manager, from data collection and analysis to solution design and implementation
• Support cross-functional projects by coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and tracking timelines and outcomes
• Work on tasks of varying scale and complexity, including market analysis, organizational challenges, and operational issues
• Prepare presentations, memos, and analytical materials for internal and external audiences
• Present progress and results to senior leadership in a clear and structured way
• Capture decisions from leadership meetings and track their execution
