The Kristall Youth Center has an opening for a Project Manager (working with youth).
They are looking for someone who is ready to grow with the team and create events of regional, district, and Russian scale for working youth.
What the job entails:
- Organizing and conducting sessions, forums, projects, and programs for working youth;
- Developing regulations and programs;
- Preparing technical specifications for event organization;
- Searching for and preparing experts for events, collecting reports, and feedback after events;
- Interacting with event participants: consultation, routing;
- On-site supervision at events: controlling services, coordinating contractors;
- Preparing and sending letters and reports on events;
- Maintaining business contacts with representatives of executive authorities, municipalities, enterprises, partners, and youth organizations;
- Methodological support for organizations and institutions, youth communities of the region, district, and country in the "working youth" direction.

- Negotiation and event organization skills;
- Competent oral and written communication;
- Ability to work with spreadsheets;
- Completed vocational or higher education (specialty: organization of work with youth, socio-cultural activities, pedagogical education, cultural studies, sociology, psychology).
