The All-Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the Firsts" is seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging schoolchildren, students, and mentors in the Movement's project activities
- Assisting in the implementation of the Movement's approved programs
- Assisting in the organization and conduct of events for participants of the Movement and other citizens in accordance with the goals set forth in the Movement's Charter
- Preparing draft documents and terms of reference for holding events in the Region
- Organizing long-term and current planning and controlling the execution of the Movement's plans in the region and timely informing the Heads on this matter
- Organizing regional events of the Movement in the Leningrad Oblast, including control and ensuring the preparation process, developing scenarios for their implementation, budgeting for events, drawing up estimates, sending invitations to state authorities, organizations, participants, and mentors of the Movement in the region, and informational support for the activities of the regional branch of the Movement
- Supervising the implementation of the Movement's projects in local and primary branches
- Assisting in the organization of Movement events at local and primary branches
- Organizing and conducting off-site Movement programs in the region
- Building effective interaction with partners and contractors on the implementation of the Movement's projects in the region
- Maintaining statistics and generating reports on the implementation of the Movement's projects in the region
- Ensuring the protection of personal data
- Executing orders, directives, and instructions
- Observing labor and production discipline, labor protection rules and norms, industrial sanitation requirements, and fire safety requirements
Requirements:
- The employee must have higher education – bachelor's degree/specialist/master's degree, secondary vocational education, or secondary general education, with confirmation of higher education program completion at the time of employment.

The employee must know:
- Russian Federation legislation in the areas of labor, personal data protection, organization of financial and economic activities, regulatory and methodological documents on organizing work with children and youth, labor protection and fire safety rules
- Local regulatory acts of the Movement related to their work activities
- The organizational structure of the Movement
- Fundamentals of the activities of social structures, public institutions, youth and children's public associations
- Fundamentals of pedagogy, developmental psychology, psychological principles of motivation, and fundamentals of organizing teamwork and group work
