Central Suburban Passenger Company Central PPK is looking for a Chief Specialist for Youth Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with relevant universities and development of partnerships.
- Work with targeted training programs at relevant universities.
- Development of a Calendar Plan, organization of internships and traineeships for students, coordination with related departments.
- Contract management, development of internal regulatory documents, preparation of memos for non-monetary contracts.
- Budgeting, development of a Procurement Plan, expense tracking in the ERP system.
- Coordination of youth movement, work with active members, involvement of employees in corporate projects.
- Implementation of the annual event plan (educational, cultural, sports, career guidance events).
Requirements:
- Higher education (Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, Public Administration).
- Experience in youth policy, interaction with universities, or administrative work involving budgeting and document flow.
- Knowledge of делопроизводство (document management), procurement regulatory framework, and budget accounting.
- Proficient PC user: ERP systems, 1C, Excel, PowerPoint.
- System thinking, responsibility, results orientation.
