Internal Events Producer
The internal events team executes over 100 projects a year: from regular team-building events to large-scale initiatives in the areas of inclusion, recognition, and corporate culture. We create events that unite teams and amplify the company's strategic priorities.
Full-cycle event production and organization You will manage event creation — from idea to final implementation and subsequent analysis. Your portfolio will include regular team-building events for small and large teams, strategic off-site sessions, as well as projects in the area of sustainability and employee recognition. You will be responsible for developing event concepts and formats, selecting venues and arranging logistics, providing technical and production support, coordinating processes on the day of the event, and managing risks. An important part of the job is interacting with related teams and internal stakeholders, aligning expectations, and controlling the quality of implementation at all stages.
Budget management and document flow You will be responsible for calculating and optimizing budgets of various scales, conducting tenders, maintaining the contract base and accompanying documentation, as well as preparing financial reporting for projects, ensuring transparency and efficiency of expenses.
Working with contractors and agencies You will need to select reliable partners, conduct negotiations, agree on cooperation terms, and monitor the fulfillment of agreements. If necessary, you will coordinate the work of external agencies to achieve the best result.
Analytics and development After each project, you will collect and analyze feedback, compile reports and practical recommendations, develop event formats, and improve their quality so that each subsequent project becomes stronger than the previous one.
