We are a client-centric bank, focused on innovation and advanced solutions. The Event team of the Marketing and Public Relations Directorate is looking for an Event Manager to organize cool external and partnership events that don't just impress, but create real stories for our clients and partners.
What awaits you:
- Event Calendar Master: You will track and organize everything — from partnership activities to large conferences and client meetings. You are the one who keeps a finger on the pulse of all events;
- Concept & Plan: Your task is not just to hold an event, but to make it truly unique. From idea to full execution — all moments must be worked out to the smallest detail;
- Project Management: You will create detailed event programs and ensure the clear execution of all stages. Budget, timelines, resources — everything is under control;
- Customer Loyalty Boost: You will use events to build strong and long-term relationships with clients. You will increase loyalty and build an atmosphere of trust;
- Production & Logistics: You will control the production of advertising materials and souvenirs, as well as logistics, to ensure the brand is always at its best;
- Collaboration: Close interaction with internal clients (HR, marketing, products) and partner agencies. You will coordinate contracts, manage documentation, and control deadlines.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in organizing and conducting external and partnership events (ideally — in fintech, large companies, or in the B2B sector);
- Deep understanding of marketing: experience in developing integrated campaigns and promoting products through partnership programs and promotions;
- Skills in using AI tools — you create cool presentations, budget estimates, and reports with pinpoint accuracy;
- Communication skills: you easily communicate with agencies, create clear briefs, and evaluate creative work;
