Marketing and Communications Department
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of annual local plans for marketing activities in support of the business: advertising campaigns, promotions and marketing actions, sponsorship, exhibition and event projects, marketing research
- Coordination of regions in terms of marketing activities implementation (planning, task setting, execution control)
- Formation and control of the marketing budget for retail and corporate business
- Preparation of technical specifications (briefs) for procurement procedures to select suppliers for the implementation of activities within the scope of the department
- Participation in working groups for evaluating supplier proposals during procurement procedures as a client, evaluating proposals for compliance with technical specifications (brief)
- Assessment of the projected and actual effectiveness of marketing activities
- Preparation of reports on project outcomes.
Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field (marketing, advertising, PR, management)
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing/advertising/event industry
- Experience in budget planning and control
- Experience in managing regional marketing
- Developed oral and written communication skills, presentation preparation skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Willingness to work irregular hours during the preparation and execution of events.
- Experience with AI tools.
