What you will do:

• Formulate and implement the marketing strategy for Alfa Investments: identify growth points, priorities, and key initiatives.
• Be responsible for marketing results: business growth through effective client acquisition, strong product offerings, and communications.
• Work with the client funnel in collaboration with business and product teams: analyze marketing campaign results, identify problems and growth opportunities, and formulate and defend proposals for funnel improvement.
• Develop product offers and value propositions in conjunction with business and product teams.
• Manage comprehensive promotion: brand communications, media advertising, PR, owned channels, special projects, partnerships, and events.
• Promote Alfa Investments in mobile products and develop the Telegram channel.
• Manage the marketing budget and improve investment efficiency.
• Lead the marketing team: set goals, distribute responsibilities, foster employee independence, and monitor results.
• Build effective collaboration with business, product, analytics, and other adjacent teams.

Our requirements for candidates:

• Experience managing a marketing team of 5 or more people, including strong independent specialists.
• Experience marketing large digital products with responsibility for measurable business results. Experience in fintech or finance will be an advantage; we are also considering strong candidates from e-commerce and tech.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing investments.
• Strong expertise in product and brand marketing, understanding of the client funnel, and principles of digital product promotion.
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to independently understand data, identify reasons for deviations, formulate hypotheses, and make decisions.
• High level of independence and responsibility for results: ability to identify a problem, propose a solution, and see it through to implementation.
• Strong leadership skills: ability to set clear goals, delegate, develop employees, provide direct feedback, and make tough decisions.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organization: negotiate, challenge business and product with arguments, and achieve results without formal authority.
• A combination of strategic thinking with a willingness to dive deep into specific tasks when necessary.
